MainState Labs collects minimal information necessary to provide our API services. This includes: API usage data (request counts, endpoints called, response times) for billing and rate limiting purposes; email addresses provided during account registration; and technical data such as IP addresses and user agent strings for security and fraud prevention.
We use collected information to: provide and improve our API services; enforce rate limits and billing quotas; send service-related communications (outages, deprecations, security notices); and prevent abuse and fraudulent usage. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data you submit to our API endpoints is processed in-memory to fulfill your request and is not stored persistently. We do not log the content of your API requests beyond what is necessary for debugging and security purposes, and any such logs are retained for no more than 30 days.
Our APIs are distributed through RapidAPI Hub. RapidAPI's privacy policy governs data collected during the subscription and authentication process. We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection and CDN services.
Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion. API usage logs are retained for 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
