By accessing or using the MainState Labs API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
You may use our APIs for lawful purposes only. You may not: use the APIs to develop competing API services; reverse engineer or attempt to extract our underlying models or algorithms; exceed your subscribed request quota; share API keys with unauthorized parties; or use the APIs in any way that violates applicable law.
Our APIs may not be used for: illegal activities of any kind; generating or processing content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights; cryptographic operations intended to harm, defraud, or compromise systems without authorization; or any use that violates export control regulations.
We target 99.9% uptime for paid tiers. The free tier is provided on a best-effort basis without uptime guarantees. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any API endpoint with reasonable notice. Breaking changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
MainState Labs retains all rights to our API infrastructure, documentation, and underlying technology. You retain all rights to data you submit to and receive from our APIs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MainState Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
